This is a new item just released at Disney in 2010. It is a Lanyard (not for pins) with blinking lights that run through it. There is a Valentine's Heart at the end that glows as well. On the lanyard itself it reads "Happy Valentine's Day. It is big enough to fit an adult or a child.

This is a Disney Theme Park exclusive item and cannot be purchased anywhere else.
