This is a Halloween Mickey Pumpkin light chaser toy. There are lights around the bottom of the pumpkin that "chase" each other around. There is a fabric cape around the toy with different Disney Characters in their Halloween costumes as well as a Happy Halloween message. It requires 2 AA Batteries which are included with the item.
