So if Disney is out of the items then we will contact you with substitution suggestions, or if need, we can refund you in full for any portion of your order we cannot obtain. The summer sun has been known to melt chocolate! We will package your order for safety and as light as possible, but we are not responsible for melted chocolate or food items. Please keep that in mind when ordering food items, and track your order's delivery to minimize the time your package may sit in the sun after delivery. As with all food items, they cannot be returned or refused after shipment.
