This is a great halloween item! It is a lenticular placemat (has like a 3d effect) and features a host of Disney Characters dressed up for Halloween! Mickey as the werewolf, Minnie as a witch, DOnald as a zombie, Goofy dressed as a mummy, and Tinker Bell as a witch. The Headless Horseman and the Flamin' Pumpkin make an appearance here as well. 

It measures 17" by 11.5" and is made of plastic.
