This is a great halloween item! It is a lenticular placemat (has like a 3d effect) and features a host of Disney Characters dressed up for Halloween! Mickey as the Haunted Mansion Butler, Minnie as a witch, Pluto as a joker, Donald as a devil, Goofy dressed as a mummy, Chip and Dale as ghosts, Tinker Bell as a witch, along with Jack Skellington the Halloween Pumpkin King, and Sally as themselves. Three ghosts wearing Halloween Mickey Pumpkin Ears hats fly in the background above the Castle. A pumpkin with Mickey Ears in the middle. 

It measures 16" by 15" and is made of plastic.
