Our prices do not include International Taxes, Value-added or based taxes, miscellaneous fees, Duties, Brokerage or Customs fees. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs Office or taxing authority. Failure to pay such duties, taxes, or fee's can and may result in additional fines, fee's, duties, or taxes.
In most cases, failure to pay such duties, taxes, or fees will result in non-delivery of your package, and the package being "Returned to Sender" back to us, discarded or abandoned.
In the event that a package is received back by us for failure to pay such duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery, we will do our best to contact you immediately and let you know what has happened, and to offer you the following options;
Reshipment - In order to have the package reshipped, the purchaser must meet the following requirements. Purchaser is required to pay the S&H for the order or portion thereof, being re-shipped, and upon receipt of such payment, we shall re-ship the package in accordance with the original shipping method.
Abandon - At the purchasers request, the order or portion thereof, returned to us, shall be abandoned, and sent to the USPS Dead mail center where it shall be disposed of. Pictures of the abandoned package and its contents shall be retained by us. No refund of any amount paid shall be made, and by choosing the option to abandon your package, you understand it will not be available to be reshipped at a later time.
Restock - At the purchasers request, the order or portion thereof, returned to us, shall be restocked if possible, and the purchaser shall be issued a merchandise credit equal to the purchase price of the returned items, minus the restocking fee, and not including any portion of any other charge or fee such as insurance, S&H, or signature confirmation fees.
You agree, that if we are not able to contact you for a determination of what you would like us to do with your package, within seven (7) business days, the items returned to us shall be restocked IAW our restocking policy.
You agree, that in the event that a package is delivered, and such duties, taxes or fees are not paid by the purchaser at the time of delivery, you, the purchaser, shall make every effort possible to pay such duties, taxes or fees before the transportation company, customs office, or taxing authority can levy such taxes, duties or fees, upon the shipper.
You further agree that if such taxes, duties or fees, are levyed upon the shipper, the shipper shall submit copies of such invoices stating the taxes, duties, or fees levyed by which authority, and subsequently you give permission for such taxes, duties, or fees to be charged to your original payment method. An additional Convenience fee of $15.00 USD will be charged to your payment method at such time, since this payment of duties, taxes and fees, are not normally paid via such payment channels.

In all cases of International Shipping, the Customer is responsible for any and all Customs, Taxes and or Duties levied in association with the delivery, whether paid at the time of delivery or assessed and charged afterwards.
We are unable to ship to international PO Box addresses. It must be a physical address.
We are also unable to track orders sent internationally unless sent via USPS GLOBAL EXPRESS MAIL.
Some countries' size requirements will not allow us to ship big figures or large packages, or even some types of items to them. Please contact us before purchasing large items, and always follow your countries import laws and restrictions when placing an order.
Personalized items take time to be made, personalized, engraved, hand painted, etc.
Please allow at least 7 days ADDITIONAL Handling Time for personalization before shipping occurs when estimating your delivery date.
This means if the item states that it is IN STOCK, it should ship out within 7 Business Days, and then add the estimated shipping time for whatever carrier and shipping method you chose, to find your estimated delivery date.
If the item states "Usually ships within 7 Days" then you should allow an additional 7 days for Personalization, and the shipping transit time before estimated delivery date.

abbreviations shall be used;

known as and referred to as CDI Marketing or CDI.
PIP (Parcel Insurance Plan), a licensed insurance company, used by customers
of CDI Marketing in conjunction with the USPS or Fed-Ex, or as the sole insurer
of packages shipped through any alternate such shipping services, shall be referred to as the
LIC (Licensed Insurance Company).
The United States Postal Service shall be referred to as USPS.
Persons, entities, businesses, and or otherwise customers
and purchasers who place an order on any website owned by CDI Marketing, shall be
referred to as the Customer(s) or Purchaser(s)
Any company, business, or entity, used to transport, ship,
or deliver packages containing an order, shall singly and as a whole, be
referred to as Transportation
Tracking or Delivery Confirmation information of any type,
showing or indicating delivery of the package(s) containing an order, to the
correct City, State, Zip Code, Corresponding Township, Village, Providence, or
area, will be considered and referred to as Delivered.
Insurance is not provided by CDI Marketing. CDI
Marketing is not an Insurance Company, and will not be held liable,
accountable, or responsible, financially, and or otherwise, in any way shape or
form,by the customer, for any situation
whatsoever, arising from the transportation, shipment, or delivery of any order
placed by its customers. Furthermore, CDI Marketing will not be held liable for any such denial, limitation, or cancellation of coverage by the LIC, or due to a Claim being denied or not honored by the LIC.
Any situation, including but not limited to the following,
shall be considered to have happened during shipment, transportation, or
delivery of the order, and shall be covered by the LIC, provided the customer purchased insurance at the time of checkout; Damage of any type, in
any way shape or form, or any Partial or Complete Loss During Shipment, reported to CDI Marketing, within 24 Hours of Delivery, or Any Non-Delivery which has exceeded the maximum allowable time for delivery by the specific shipping company.
It is the intention of CDI Marketing, to provide its
customers with the ability to purchase insurance from the LIC, on their package(s)
for orders placed on any and all websites owner by CDI Marketing. The choice,
to purchase insurance, along with the responsibilities, accountability, and
liability, financially, and or otherwise, associated with not purchasing
insurance, lay solely with the customer. In some cases, CDI marketing shall require that the customer
purchase insurance on their order, and the customer agrees to this by placing the order
itself, and by paying for such required insurance. If the customer does not want to purchase insurance in any case, the customer is not required to complete their transaction.
The customer agrees that the LIC shall be PIP ( http://www.pipinsure.com ) and or the USPS in cases of automatic indemnity for all packages sent
through the USPS and that the LIC shall be Fed-Ex automatic indemnity up to the actual value of the items in such order for all packages sent through
Fed-Ex ( www.FedEx.com ).
Once a package is Delivered by Transportation, and Delivery Status
is provided, the customer agrees that the package is considered to be
"Delivered". The customer agrees that any claim to the validity of
such Delivery shall be disputed between the customer and Transportation, or the
Situations not covered by insurance; Damage reported to CDI
marketing more than 24 hours after delivery. Miss Delivery, Miss Routing, Miss
Shipping, Shipping and Transportation Errors not previously stated, Address
Errors (including orders returned for Insufficient Address, or Unknown Address) Theft after Delivery, Slow Shipping and Transportation, Slow Returns,
Non-Returns or Unauthorized Returns, and Damage due to Nature or outside forces after
Damage reported to CDI Marketing more than 24 hours after
delivery is considered to have happened after delivery, and is the sole responsibility,
financially, and or otherwise, of the customer. Damage caused by Nature, such
as snow, freezing conditions, Sun warming, water, rain, basically, any
condition that affects the package due to it being left at a destination
address and not being taken in immediately, is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Miss Delivery is defined as; Delivery to an address other
than that which was provided as the shipping address by the customer at the
time the order was placed. Unless it can be proven, by way of delivery
information, that the package(s) were delivered to the wrong address, the status
of Delivered shall stand as valid by the Shipping Company, the LIC and CDI Marketing.
Miss Routing is defined as; Transporting of the Package(s)
to an address other than that which was provided as the shipping address by the
customer at the time the order was placed. When a package is Miss Routed, it
often delays the delivery of that package, but more often than not, the package
does eventually make it to the correct destination address. If the package is not eventually delivered, it will be treated as Lost During Shipment.
Miss Shipping is defined as; Shipping of the Package(s) to an
address other than that which was provided as the shipping address by the
customer at the time the order was placed. When a package is Miss Shipped, it is
often the result of incorrect address information being given to CDI Marketing at the time the order is placed. The USPS
address verification system may then attempt to Auto-correct the address,
resulting in a valid address which is different than the incorrect address
given at the time the order was placed, or may result in an incorrect or insufficient address being placed on the label. In either case, it is the customers responsibility to submit the correct delivery address information in the correct format at the time of check out.
CDI Marketing will attempt to correct address errors, and
incorrect address submissions by customers, however, if for any reason, the
correction does not take in the system, or the package(s) are sent to an incorrect or invalid address, it is ultimately the responsibility, financially, and or
otherwise, of the customer, and any loss that arises from such a situation,
shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. Note: We ask that customers
PLEASE make 100% sure that the address you submit to the system, be the correct
USPS verifiable address. If you are unsure of a ship to address, please wait
to place the order. If such a situation is found out after the order is placed,
please contact us as soon as possible, and we will attempt to correct the
situation, but ultimately, the customer is responsible for the package, should
it not be possible to correct the address, for any reason.
Unauthorized Returns, Refusals, and Credit Card Charge Back Attempts,
shall be considered for all intents and purposes, acts of fraud, and shall be
vigorously pursued to the full extent of the law. Honest people contact,
communicate, and work out issues in accordance with website policies and
regulations. Total disregard for such policies and attempts to force certain
actions or outcomes without following proper insurance guidelines, or
procedures, shall be reported to ISP providers, Credit Card Companies, and
local law enforcement.
In the event that a package is lost during Shipment, (Meaning the MAXIMUM time for reasonable delivery of the item has expired. 21 days for Domestic Shipments, 45 days for International Shipments) the customer
agrees to contact CDI Marketing via email, and submit any information required by the
LIC, and honor the determination by the LIC in order to facilitate a quick and
speedy claim resolution.
In the event that a packages contents are found to be damaged
upon delivery, the customer agrees to do the following

Contact CDI Marketing within 24 hours of delivery via Email, describing the damage in detail to the shipping container, and items in the package. Please keep in mind, your email will be forwarded to Fed-Ex for review. Blaming the Shipper, or trying to indemnify the Shipper, will only invalidate your claim as the Shipper (CDI Marketing) is not held responsible for any damage found upon arrival. Orders are packaged and shipped in accordance with what Fed-Ex requires.
Contact CDI Marketing via Phone to confirm receipt of the Email, and to inform a staff member of your Fed-Ex Insurance Claim.
If required, provide pictures of said damage and shipping and packaging materials via Email as required by FED-Ex.
Retain the Damaged merchandise, including all packaging and packing materials until such time as the Claim is honored, or Fed-Ex comes to confiscate the broken merchandise.
Shipments received via United States Postal Service (USPS) or Your local MAIL or POST Service;
Contact CDI Marketing within 24 hours of
delivery via Email, describing the damage in detail to the shipping container, and items in the package. Please keep in mind, your email will be forwarded to the LIC for review. Blaming the Shipper, or trying to indemnify the Shipper, will only invalidate your claim as the Shipper (CDI Marketing) is not held responsible for any damage found upon arrival. Orders are packaged and shipped in accordance with what the LIC requires.
Contact CDI Marketing via Phone to confirm receipt of the Email, and to inform a staff member of your Insurance Claim.
If required, provide pictures of said damage and shipping and packaging materials via Email as required by the LIC.
It is the customers
responsibility to ensure that CDI Marketing has received their Email, Phone Call, Pictures of Damage if required, Returned Merchandise, and to follow up with the claims process. CDI Marketing will not call customers daily to inform them of Status Changes for Insurance Claims.
In the event of any claim, CDI Marketing will not be held,
financially and or otherwise, responsible for the actions or inaction of any
other party related to the shipment, transportation, or delivery of any order,
and or subsequent claim. The purchaser agrees that the final determination by
the LIC to honor or deny a claim, in part or whole, shall be final and the
purchaser will have no recourse. Any appeals of the claim shall be the sole
financial and or otherwise responsibility of the purchaser.
In the event of damage, if the customer does not have the
ability or facilities to take pictures of the shipping container, packing or
the damage to the item, they may opt to submit the Claim without pictures,
and return the item to CDI Marketing, who will take pictures of the damaged
item, packing and shipping container upon receipt, and submit them to the LIC, UNLESS the package was shipped Via Fed-Ex.
Provided that Fed-Ex or PIP honors any claim for damage or loss, the following rules shall apply as per the reshipment, or reimbursement of such claim.
If the Purchaser did NOT pay for Insurance on their order, CDI Marketing, and the LIC will NOT Cover the cost of the S&H, Taxes, or Insurance monies paid by the purchaser. Under these circumstances, whether the shipment is Lost or Damaged during shipment, the purchaser might be covered under CDI Marketing's Blanket Liability Insurance Plan with PIP for the Merchandise's Original Purchase Price. If so, and the claim is honored, the customer will receive reimbursement via Merchandise Credit for the Items original Purchase Price. The customer may then use that credit towards a new order to facilitate replacement, or may use the credit in any way they wish, In accordance with our website policies.
If the Original item/order was lost in shipment, and the claim is honored, a replacement item/order shall be shipped if possible. In some cases, due to the limited edition and availability of specific items, a replacement may not be financially viable, or physically possible. Under these circumstances, a Merchandise Credit shall be issued for the Original Purchase Price of the damaged Merchandise Plus associated S&H, and Taxes.
If the Original item/order was damaged in shipment, and the claim is honored, a replacement item/order shall be shipped if possible. In some cases, due to the limited edition and availability of specific items, a replacement may not be financially viable, or physically possible. Under these circumstances, a Merchandise Credit shall be issued for the Original Purchase Price of the damaged Merchandise Plus associated S&H, and Taxes.
Loss During Shipment, and Non-Delivery; Any package that is
not delivered within the expected allowable delivery time after the date of
sending, dependant on physical location. An insurance claim made for Loss
During Shipment cannot be made before the expected allowable delivery time after
the date of sending, as specified below.
Allow at least 21 days after sending date for delivery, before a claim of
loss can be filed.
Puerto Rico, the US Virgin islands Allow at least 35
days after sending date for delivery, before a claim of loss can be filed.
International, including but not limited to Canada,
United Kingdom, Japan, Spain, Italy, France, Netherlands, Germany, and all others not mentioned or listed
Allow at least 45 days after sending date for delivery, before a claim of loss
can be filed.
