This is a general Shipping Notification for customers who are wondering if something they order from us will arrive in time for Christmas 2020, or what method of shipping they should choose when placing their orders. This notification should be viewed as a general guide, not as a requirement or guarantee of services therein. We reserve the right to change this notice, any and all information forthwith, at any time, with or without reason or notice.

  • We ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and Federal Express (Fed-Ex). We do not use any other carrier. If you choose to use your own carrier and arrange for pick up of your order, you may do so in accordance with the information provided below.
  • The USPS and Fed-Ex have set forth ''Last Days To Ship'' notices which inform their customers when the last days to ship items are, for delivery by Christmas. We will post those dates, as well as our own ''Last Days To Order'' Notice which will give customers an idea of when they should place an order and when they should expect delivery.
  • Please Note; The Last Days To Ship notices are for standard customer service window customers with both the USPS and Fed-Ex. For businesses shipping high volumes, the huge crates of packages and such are usually bypassed and sent directly to the sorting facility, which may or may not cause issues. For this reason, and many others, our Last Days To Order are different from the USPS and Fed-Ex Dates.
  • PLEASE NOTE: The USPS has two rates of mail which are different yet similarly named. ''Priority Mail'' and ''Priority Express Mail''. Priority Mail (PM) is normally a 3-5 Day service while Priority Mail Express (Formerly known as ''Express Mail'') is normally a 1-3 Day service. In an effort to NOT confuse our customers, we will continue to refer to Priority Mail Express Service and Packages as EXPRESS MAIL (EM).

It is obvious that both USPS and Fed-Ex are learning from past years experience where millions of packages were shipped the day before Christmas eve and guaranteed delivery the next day, and issues arose. Another good reason to prepare, plan and execute in a timely manner, all your holiday shopping needs. The following is a list of ''Last Days To Order'' with our website. We hope this information is both knowledgeable and helpful.

These Guidelines Apply to all items that SPECIFICALLY STATE that they are ''IN STOCK''. ''Usually Ships Within 7 Days'' and “
Back-Ordered - Ships When Stock Arrives Do not contain either word! Back-Ordered – Ships When Stock Arrives means we are out of that item, and it could arrive to our facility that day, tomorrow, a few days from now, in a week (usually) or possibly a bit longer! If you are wondering how often we get an item into stock, or if it’s been gone a while, please give our staff a call and they will be happy to contact our purchasing agent and get a more solid ETA for you.

The RUSH HANDLING options we offer ARE NOT SHIPPING OPTIONS!!! They do not replace S&H, they do not supersede or trump S&H. If you pay the 1-Day Rush fee for an item and select First Class Mail Envelope for your shipping method, the day before Christmas Eve, your order will ship quickly, yes, but it will not be delivered in time for Christmas. Not only will you be disappointed, but you will have paid for a service that you will have received, but not used to the fullest of its intentions.

RUSH HANDLING for ''NOT IN STOCK ITEMS''. What happens when ''Rush Handling'' is added to an order that has items that are not in stock (the stock message does not contain the words ''IN STOCK''). Well, for those items, we will do our very best to expedite the order. This includes us placing an immediate expedited order with the main warehouse, and sending the details of your orders items to our dedicated team of Walt Disney World Professional Purchasing Agents. If Disney has it on the shelf, and they can obtain it, we will get it for your order. If there are multiple items in your order, and only 1 or 2 are not in stock, we will do our best to procure those items within the 1 or 2 day time requirement, and then your order will ship regardless. And items not in the initial shipment will be removed and refunded. If your order consists of only items that are not in stock, as many of those items will be procured before the required shipment date, and shipped. All items not in the initial shipment will be removed and refunded. If none of the items you have ordered are available, and our purchasing agents cannot obtain anything for your order, we will contact you and ask whether you would like to cancel your order, keep the order open but receive a refund for the Rush Handling Fee, or keep the order open and leave your items on the Expedited Rush Handling List. Once even a single item is obtained for the order, if the order ships on or by the required shipment date, the Rush Handling fee is final and cannot be refunded for any reason.
