Customer Rewards Points Program

Q.) What is it?
A.) Our rewards points program is simply a way for customers to earn points with each purchase, which they can then "redeem" and add to their order, items, gift certificates, guides, theme park maps, souvenirs, and other merchandise.

Q.) How do I redeem my points?
A.) Simply log into your account on our website, www.yourwdwstore.net, and where the page shows your points tally, click the tag shaped button that says "Redeem". A page of items, and the points required to redeem for each item, are listed. Select the item you would like to add to your order, and when the item appears on the page, click the redemption banner to add that item to your cart. The item will show a value of $0.00, and the points used to redeem for that item will be removed from your points total.

Q.) Is there anything I need to do in order to earn rewards points, or redeem my rewards?
A.) Yes. You will earn 1 point for every $1.00 of item value purchased on the website, www.yourwdwstore.net . S&H, Insurance, taxes, signature requirement fees, and all other duties, customs, fees and charges do not earn rewards points. Additionally, you must have a customer account, in good standing, in order to earn rewards points.

Q.) Why do I need an account to get rewards points?
A.) Because you need an account in order to track or record your order history. If you do not have an account, we will not record your purchases in your order history, or add rewards points to your account.

Q.) What happens if I don't have an account, make a new one, or delete my account?
A.) Your rewards points, and order history are deleted

Q.) What if I just want to redeem rewards and not buy anything else?
A.) Reward points items have weight. Weight requires postage, and since items that are redeemed have a $0.00 value, the system cannot calculate the S&H if nothing else is in your cart. You will get an error message. The only exception to this is Gift Certificates. If you are redeeming points for gift certificates, there is no S&H, and they are e-mailed to you. You may redeem points for gift certificates without buying anything additional.

Q.) What happens if my account gets blocked, or banned?
A.) Then you have violated the terms and conditions of the website in some way shape or form, and your account access, order history, and rewards points, will be deleted.

Q.) Do rewards points expire?
A.) As long as our business is in operation, we will honor our rewards points program for customers, or convert points into any future program we create so that you do not loose credit for the points you have earned.

Q.) What happens if I buy, lets say $20,000 of merchandise, get my rewards points, use them for gift certificates, and then cancel my original purchase?
A.) Then you will join the others that have done the same thing by standing in the corner without dessert. Rewards points are not redeemable for 30 days after being awarded. Also, all gift certificates, and their use, is closely monitored. We reserve the right to cancel any gift certificates, cancel any orders placed using gift certificates as the payment method if those certificates were obtained using rewards points that were later revoked, or found to be fraudulent.

Q.) Why are there so many rules?
A.) Because some customers make it a requirement for businesses to specifically define each and every idea of a program, so they cannot abuse or manipulate the program and claim they had a right to do so because of the wording. Rewards points are not a legal right, they are a generous perk, granted by our company with the specific idea that good customers should be rewarded for good buying practices, such as a low number of returns or exchanges, low or no order cancellations, and of course, customer loyalty.

Refusal to adhere to the terms and conditions of our website may result in a loss of rewards points. Manipulation, or attempted manipulation of the rewards points program will result in a loss of all rewards points, account termination and banishment. Please do not do this.

Customer Loyalty Super Star Program!

Q.) What is it?
A.) Our Super Star program rewards loyal customers with a Super Star Status! Being a Super Star results in a variety of different discounts, free items, alternate shipping options, alternate pricing options, bonus rewards points, and more, being offered to you at the time of order placement and check out.

Q.) How do I get to Super Star Status?
A.) Super Star Status currently comes in five designations.
  • Bronze Star - $500.00 total purchase order history.
  • Silver Star - $1,000.00 total purchase order history.
  • Gold Star - $2,500.00 total purchase order history.
  • Platinum Star - $5,000.00 total purchase order history.
  • Wishing Star - $10,000.00 total purchase order history.


You will need to purchase items, and place orders that cumulatively equal or exceed the total shown for each designation. Account creation and good standing is required.

Q.) Is there anything I need to do in order to earn Super Star Status?
A.) Yes. Upon reaching each Super Star milestone, the Super Star Status designation will automatically be awarded to you. Your account will be identified as a Super Star Account. All future purchases will then receive the benefits of that specific Super Star Status.

Q.) Do I need an account to become a Super Star?
A.) Yes. Without an account, there is no order history, and therefore no accumulation of purchase amounts, or designation of Super Star Status.

Q.) What happens if I don't have an account, make a new one, or delete my account?
A.) Your Super Star Status is deleted.

Q.) So what do I get for being a Super Star?
A.) Currently, each Super Star Status receives a different but cumulative bonus. So a Silver Star Member will receive the same benefits of a Bronze Star member, in addition to their Silver Star Status!.
  • Bronze Star Status - Free Mystery Item added to each order of $50.00 USD or more.
  • Silver Star Status - 20 Bonus rewards points added to every order of $50.00 USD or more, placed.
  • Gold Star Status - Free Theme Park Guides and Maps added to each order of $50.00 or more, placed.
  • Platinum Star Status - Free insurance and Signature requirement on all orders, regardless of total. (fee will be credited back or removed after order placement)
  • Wishing Star Status - Site Wide discount applied to each and every item. Discounted pricing is dependent on items weight, size, site pricing, and customers Super Star Status history.
