Disney Pocket Mirror - Epcot World Showcase Winnie the Pooh

Winnie the Pooh was first introduced by name in the December 24, 1925 London newspaper. The loveable character was based on a boy's teddy bear and that toy bear was named after Winnie - a bear at the London Zoo. The boy's family owned a country home on the edge of the Ashdown Forest in Southeast England. This tranquil heathland was the setting for the many adventures of Pooh and his friends.
