This is a rubber bracelet that is black in color with red letters and two Galactic Empire smybols on it. They are rumored to be limited edition collector's items but I cant find info saying how limited they are.

It is official Lucasfilm merchandise and was only availbale at the Star Wars Weekends held at MGM Studios 2006.
