This is a rubber bracelet that is red, orange and yellow in color with the Galactic Empire smybol on it. They are rumored to be limited edition collector's items but I cant find info saying how limited they are.

It is official Lucasfilm merchandise and was only availbale at the Star Wars Weekends held at MGM Studios 2005.
