Layaway Program Terms and Conditions - NON REFUNDABLE
Our layaway program is 100% Fee-Free. That means that we do not accept Credit Cards or PayPal payments for this program in any way shape or form, for any reason. Both PayPal and Credit Card companies have very specific rules on when merchandise can be shipped, and how, and refunds. Sorry, but we are not allowing their terms and conditions override our own.
Please read and understand the following terms and conditions. By placing and order on our website, and choosing layaway for the payment method, you certify that you agree to the following terms and conditions;
- Upon placing the order, you will receive ON SCREEN instructions detailing who the payment should be made out to. Specifically it should be made out to the owner, Kerry Williams.
- There is a 25% Down Payment required within 7 Business Days of order placement. You should mail your payment to us within 24-48 hours of placing your order to facilitate this time frame requirement. You may use a Disney Gift Card and make payment over the phone in order to facilitate this quicker.
- Orders that do not receive the required 25% down payment in our offices within 7 business days may be cancelled, at our discretion.
- A minimum payment of 10% of the orders original total is required each month after the down payment is made.
- All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars currency and are NONREFUNDABLE
- Layaway orders will not ship before the entire balance is paid and clears our financial institution.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen payments!
- The order limit for layaway order is $5000.00 USD.
