There are just a few things you need to know!

How long will it take to get my item embroidered?

First, embroidery takes time, so please allow for 3 to 7 days for us to ensure that we do a beautiful job for you. Also, please be aware that space on many items is somewhat limited, so we need to stay within a specific length and keep it on a single line. It's perfect for adding a name or a very short message. You do get to choose your font and color, so make sure you pick a color that contrasts well with the background of your item!

What can we embroider?

Not every item can be embroidered, but almost every cloth product can accept it very well. Embroidery is the perfect way to personalize numerous types of products, like apparel, washcloths, and towels (especially beach towels, as it's a good idea to label your things!) hats, fanny packs, plush animals, and much more. You can choose embroidery at the same time as you purchase from us, but we're also happy to embroider Disney products you already own! Just purchase the embroidery service and pay both ways.

We all try to get our shopping done early, but of course, we've all been in the situation where we need a last-minute gift to arrive as soon as possible — whether for a specific holiday or a birthday at any time of the year. Maybe you found the perfect Disney gift with only a few days to spare, or maybe an unexpected occasion has come up that needs some Disney magic right away. That's why we have rush shipping to get you your items in a fraction of the time!

Our rush shipping options can be found in our Gift Certificates section, and you have a couple of choices for decreasing the shipping and handling time of your order. You can choose from Please Rush It (for guaranteed 2-day handling time) and our very favorite WOW I Need It NOW! which guarantees your order to ship within 24 hours. Wow indeed!

However, we do need you to be aware of the limitations involved when we rush an order to you. Remember all our products are 100% exclusive to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and related theme parks, so occasionally items are sold out or on back order beyond our control. We will still do our very best to get you your order at super-speed, but if we can't manage to beat the time limit, we'll refund you the rush shipping cost.
