When you make a major purchase, the manufacturer or seller makes an important promise to stand behind the product. It's called a warranty. Federal law requires that warranties be available for you to read before you buy even when you're shopping by catalog or on the Internet. Coverage varies, so you can compare the extent of warranty coverage just as you compare the style, price, and other characteristics of products.
Your WDW Store, and CDI Marketing, do not manufacture anything. We are the largest Walt Disney World, Sea World Orlando, Universal Orlando, and Universal Islands of Adventure, collectibles and souvenirs dealer, on the planet.
Because we do not manufacture anything, we do not provide a duplicate or redundant manufacturers warranty. The manufacturer in each instance of product creation, already has their own warranty in place. Expanding liability for workmanship or quality to an entity that cannot control either of these aspects, (Your WDW Store and CDI Marketing) is illogical. We do not do it.
Each product we sell has a manufacturer. That manufacturer can usually be found by reading the product packaging, which may or may not include specific wording as to the specific products warranty. If the customer cannot find the manufacturer by reading the packaging, they may be able to find the information on the internet, or by calling the distributor if available.
We do not provide Manufacturer Warranty information, contact information, or any other information outside of specific brand naming for titles and descriptions on the product.
We do not state warranty information on our website, such as "guaranteed not to tarnish" or "limited lifetime warranty" because we do not provide any such guarantees ourselves, and do not assume any warranties implied by such statements. All implied warranties are the responsibility of the Manufacturer, and they are accountable for such implied warranties.
The following is a list of some, but not all, the "Brand Names" that we sell, which have their own specific Manufacturer Warranties. The customer should contact the manufacturer directly, if they need to address any issue of manufacturers defect in quality or workmanship;
Alex and Ani, Chamilia, Chameleon, Disney, Department 56, Dooney and Bourke, Enesco, Hanover, Hillman Group, Jerry Leigh, Jim Shore, Lenox, Loungefly, National Pen and Design, Pandora, Vera Bradley.
