ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
  • With the ever-changing climate of today's retail industry, placing an order on our website, and receiving an order confirmation of any kind, does not guarantee order fulfillment.
  • While we make every effort to ensure that every order that can be fulfilled, is fulfilled, sometimes we are unable to do so.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any or no reason, with or without notice, or approval.
  • Items that state IN STOCK, are assumed to have at least a qty of (1) one in stock. We do apologize in advance, this is not guaranteed, Inventory mishaps do happen.
  • If an item showing as in stock, is found to be missing or not in stock, that item may be removed from your order, before shipment.
  • As a rule, we do not complete or capture the payment for any order until it is ready to ship or be fulfilled, such as making custom-made items, or paying for items to be fulfilled by a third party.

HANDLING TIMES
  • Standard handling time (the time between order placement and shipping notification) is 1-5 days, for items that are IN STOCK.
  • Standard handling time (the time between order placement and shipping notification) is 7-14 days, for items outstanding (BACKORDERED) Items.
  • Special handling times are between 14 to 21 days for personalized and custom-made items or items that have not arrived within 7 to 14 days.
  • Pandemic and Special circumstances such as supply shortages and delays may affect orders and expedience. We reserve the right to extend handling times and/or cancel orders, if we feel that items will or will not arrive within specific time frames, on a case-by-case basis.
  • Most orders will ship within 1-7 business days or less, of payment receipt (charge or capture).
  • Any item not specifically stating "IN STOCK", "LAST IN STOCK", or "LAST ONE IN STOCK" should be considered back ordered, or custom-made and should not be assumed to ship within any time frame.
  • If you need your order shipped sooner than our standard handling times allow, you may purchase one of our expedited handling options for an additional charge.
  • Purchasing a rush handling option does not affect the acquisition time, or personalization time, and cannot speed up the manufacturing of any custom-made item. We urge customers to consider this and only apply rush handling to items/orders with IN-STOCK items.

PLEASE NOTE: The checkout questions asked of customers are, "How long you are willing to wait for an order, or item to come in", and whether to "remove an item from an order and ship the order within a certain time frame" are generalized questions for our knowledge and not hard-line cancellation policy. If you state you are willing to wait 14 days for an item to arrive, and on the 14th day we receive a shipping notification from the manufacturer, we may elect to keep your order open with the expectation that the stock shipment will be arriving shortly. We do review orders every week, deciding to either keep orders open pending stock arrival, or cancel those orders, based on the timelines the customers requested, but this is not done daily, and the checkout questions are a generalized guideline for us, not a requirement to fulfill by a specific date.
