Artist Daniel Killen regards the Disneyland Park as his second home and even worked in restaurant services for the park right after High School. Having always been creative, Disneyland Park and Walt Disney movies fueled his imagination and inspired him to use his creativity in all manners of work, with the goal of one day making a living as an artist. Daniel worked in Feature Animation for many years in Hollywood. He would do freelance illustration and painting on the side and finally made the leap to gallery artist with his work hanging on the walls of showrooms locally, and nationally. Now producing artwork for the Disney Parks Galleries as well as the Disney Cruise Line locations, he keeps his painting style sharp and clean, with his rich color palette, whimsical mood and understated humor being the main focus for all his work. He likes all his art to tell a story and hopefully provoke a smile in the process. Daniel is forever honored and grateful to Disney for being the main source of his inspiration and home to his imagination.
