The mug is exactly what it says. Thank you for your service. We visited the parks at the beginning of October, my wife & daughter just had to have this mug. By the time we reached the only store that had this item when it was released for sale, they were sold out. My wife was furious that we missed it. A brief search brought me to your site. When we pear chased it, it was a reasonable markup. Although it is a double edge sword , what you do, the price was not ridiculous. I do wish there would have been better communication from you, confirming my order and informing me of the item being shipped would have avoided me buying a third mug from ebay. Did I mention my wife really wanted this mug.. But thank you for the service you provided.

Cups are very nice, but a little thin. Seems fragile.
