ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The rose inside the cup attaches to the base by a small threaded nub of plastic which is part of the cup when it is made. This little nub of plastic is known to break off is the cup is shipped with the rose screwed on to the base. We have taken measures to do the following when shipping your cup.

• 1.) The rose will be unscrewed from the base, but will still be sent inside the cup, which will also be filled with Styrofoam peanuts to make sure it does not get damaged during shipment.
• 2.) We thoroughly inspect each piece to ensure it is in proper working order, the light works, and that the lid seals.
• 3.) We place a ring or reinforced cardboard around the top light actuator button to prevent damage during shipment.
• 4.) We ensure that the straw is included with your shipment, and mark your order packing slip to ensure the straw is present when your item is shipped.
• 5.) We wrap your item in bubble wrap, Giami packing material, or an equivalent alternative, to ensure that your item arrives in the best condition possible.
