IMPORTANT UPDATE
We heard what you, the collectors, were saying on Facebook, and how upset you were that on some sites you were being charged for bags that were not coming in for weeks and sometimes months. That you were unhappy about your money being held for 6-8 weeks, and sometimes longer, before shipment.What we have done is create a COMING SOON section for our site, where you can see the bags that have not arrived yet. Although we cannot tell you exactly when a bag will arrive we do have rough estimates which can be found on each listing. However, estimated arrival dates are subject to change.
What we are doing is a Pre-Authorization for Loungefly items that have not arrived yet. Payment information will be taken, you will see the authorization on your card as soon as you place your order, but that authorization will be released by us within 24 hours. Then once the items have arrived we will then charge your card and ship out your order. If at any time you decide you no longer want your pre-authorized items you can email us to cancel.
