BRAND NEW, NEVER TOUCHED OR OPENED, THIS MegaMan Action Figure is a MUST HAVE for those serious collectors.

For use with ADVANCED PET Personal Terminal, sold separately, Battlechip (TM) disks available with MegaMan (TM) Game, figures and accessories from Mattel.
MOC means Mint On Card, and it is. Mint Condition is subjective, but this action figure is in the SAME condition it would have been on the shelf at your local store.
WE DO NOT GRADE THESE ACTION FIGURES. If you are a collector, that is your responsibility to have your own items graded once received. If we had these items graded, we would sell them for a minimum of five times the price are selling them for now. We simply don't have the time to do so, so our loss is your gain.
This item will be wrapped in bubble wrap and individually boxed before being placed in another shipping container. Shipping and handling reflects the additional packaging and packing materials cost, including added weight and size. WE WILL NOT RE-BOX AND COMBINE THESE FIGURES SO YOU CAN GET CHEAPER SHIPPING. Sorry.
